Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Your products will be shipped via USPS or UPS and we will email you with a tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange. All returns must be in new and unused condition. All returns also must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for packaging and shipping the product(s) back to us.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2-3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
